Production Supervisors: Fortune 100 companies are in need of numerous Production Supervisors with a minimum of 2+ years experience in the food/beverage industry, specifically out of poultry, pork, meat, beef, sausage, ham, deli or other processed meats. A four-year degree is not necessary but is helpful.Bilingual and minority applicants are encourged to apply. Candidates must have strong supervisory and leadership skills along with experience in either packaging or processing. For the poultry industry, a background in evisceration,
cut-up, individual quick freeze (IQF), debone, par-fry, batter and breaded, marination, tray pack is desired. For the meat, beef, sausage, and other processed meat industries, a background in kill floor, rendering, fabrication,ham boning, loin boning, butts, case ready, portion control, skinning, gut table, break line, brine, case-ready, cured and curing is desired. Should be knowledgeable with food safety, USDA compliance, HACCP, SSOP’s, and GMP’s experience.



Maintenance Supervisor: Numerous USDA inspected facilities in the country have immediate needs for Maintenance Supervisors. Qualified candidate will have two or more years maintenance supervisory experience out of a meat processing manufacturing facility. A four-year degree is not required but is helpful; in lieu of a four-year degree, an associate’s degree with 5 years maintenance experience and demonstrated supervisory skills is required. Familiarity with meat, beef, or poultry processing equipment is preferred. Candidate must have excellent electrical, mechanical, PLCs, scheduling, ammonia/refrigeration, and troubleshooting skills. Should have some experience with developing and implementing PM (preventative maintenance) programs and be flexible with shift.meat, beef, pork, sausage, and other processed meat industries, a background in kill floor, rendering, fabrication, case ready, portion control, skinning, gut table, break line, brine, case-ready, and curing
